I enjoy writing and engaging with people so I felt that this would be a gateway to reach out to people and encourage hope and debate.

Why Is it Called: The Adventures of Homeless Girl?

Because I am homeless and have chosen to reveal my thoughts, opinions and experiences.

Who Is Homeless Girl?

Homeless Girl is the pseudonym of an anonymous blogger based in England. I am 21 years old and one day hope to not be known as Homeless Girl, but to just be myself.

Why have you chosen to remain anonymous?

My privacy means a lot to me and to be able to reveal my deepest thoughts and secrets to the world. I need to ensure I am protected and nameless.  I have only told 3 people about this blog.

Eventually I will reveal myself.

What do you hope to achieve from this blog?

Nothing really, except helping others. I have no agenda and have other dreams and inspirations outside of blogging.

And I want to help end the prejudice and ignorance people have about the homeless

How do you intend to get yourself out of this situation?

Well I take each day as it comes. I believe I will not be homeless for much longer and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

How are you able to write everyday if you are homeless?

I have a laptop that was given to me over a year ago by my father and has been indispensable through out this whole time. And I am staying with wonderful people who have granted me access to their wireless internet.

I started this blog about 3 years ago and a lot of changes have taken place, I have been in and out of homelessness throughout that whole time.

Now  I am no longer homeless and have a more permanent place but since I started this blog homeless I choose to keep the name and URL.

Yes, homeless people have access to technology and all the things we take for granted. I just have to say this because even after months of stating so I keep getting the same ignorant questions.
